Filter to allow only knife damage

Having a bit of trouble trying to get an entity (func_button) to respond only from the damage of a knife and not bullets. Any of the filters perhaps make this possible? Or someway to force the player to use only the knife until the button is pressed?

I tried using a filterdamagetype to allow only slash, and disallow only bullets, but neither worked.
