Hey t0rch can you please add me on steam? (message me when i accept so i know who you are)
Hi bro, thanks for your awesome tool. DotA 2 has the same built-in but CS:GO was missing it.
I have a problem bro- I have Norton 360 Anti-Virus which has its own Firewall. And I couldn't access my Windows Firewall even after disabling it. That's why the unchecked servers don't say "BLOCKED". I followed every other step. Please help!
Thanks again for your tool. Regards, t0rch
Can someone help me fix this on kaspersky cause it wont work for me :( Pm on steam if possible steam /id/Azershaa
Hey my friend,
you can just ignore those "blocked" texts it's just that the server is not returning ping requests.
you can check in your firewall settings > outbound "block" rules if there are any rules, if there aren't then just select servers you want to play on and hit apply and search (even if the server you want to play on says blocked, don't worry about that)
you will end up on the servers you selected even if it says blocked in program.
can you tell me which servers you are having trouble with btw ?
Firstly , i will thank you for making such a useful software for us.Now to the problem part ,my software was working fine until today.
when i opened it i saw that few servers were blocked,so i clicked RESET this usually does the trick for me,but not this time, the reset had no effect whatsoever still the servers i wanted to play on were blocked.
so i closed and deleted the app, then downloaded the "2.2" version, noticed some new settings, did them (like the firewall settings you mentioned)
and tried again to "reset" but still got the same result, please help me to solve these problems,as i am not able to play on the servers i want to .
Thanks! It's a shame ESET messed up your app for me, it looks a lot easier than adding IPs manually haha Dude thank you so much for helping out everyone so quickly and nicely, it's a really big deal :] Wish I could repay you lol
Hi, if you open your firewall settings you'll see something like this:
"These settings are being managed by vendor application ESET Smart Security"
Which means that ESET's firewall is overriding the windows firewall, so this program can't add rules to the windows firewall because it's disabled.
there are 2 options from here:
The list of server ip ranges is in the mm server picker program, you just need to click on "Server IP Ranges" then you can copy the ranges to ESET.
here's a tutorial that might help..
Sorry if this didn't help.
I'm happy to answer if there's any other problems..
The servers aren't being blocked despite running it as admin and enabling firewall :( I presume it has to do with ESET, but is there a way I can manually blacklist the other server IPs via Windows Firewall?
I'm sorry I don't know about that.
For me it seems like when I try to watch gotv while I have Dubai blocked it doesn't work (the closest server to me), so it might be the closest server to you I guess.
Ah, sorry man :), i understand, not really big problem but was curious which of the servers blocks the GOTV.
