Rerigging from CSS's rig to CSGO

what the title says :P

Hello there fellows! I bring you here a tutorial requested by many people.

1st - Requirements!
- GCF Scape (latest one)
- 3dsmax (any 3dsmax will do)
- MDLDecompiler
- Notepad (or any text editor capable of hex editing)
